At the global stage TCS is India’s largest outsourcing firm but this giant is also finding it difficult to manage its costs. In the 4th quarter of last year the company garnered Rs 121 crore by shifting its large number of US staff to India.

It was also told that TCS would increase its crew by hiring more professionals। The approximate figure for India is estimated to be 24, 855. It is also looking forward to add 250 new comers in the US. There might be hiring of few people in China as well. The Chief Operating Officer of TCS N Chadrasekaran has confirmed it that the relocation of its US staff to India would not lead to layoffs.
